A large police presence is active on Lineville Avenue between Cornell Road and Velp Avenue, near the Nouryon Chemical Plant. Officials are urging residents to stay away from the area and have not stated the reason behind the presence, though deputies on scene say that schools nearby are not affected.Authorities are asking residents to avoid the area until the scene is cleared and said they will release more information when details are available.
